Outside surgery hours between 08.00-18.00 Mon-Fri, one of the doctors is always on call and available for medical emergencies. When you telephone 028 8556 8212 a message will tell you the telephone number you can use to contact the doctor on call.

At evenings, weekends and bank holidays please contact the Out-of-Hours service by telephoning 028 3839 9201, the receptionist will ask for some basic details about the patient and the patient’s condition.

If you need a doctor at weekends, on bank holidays, or before 08:00 and after 18:00, please telephone 028 3839 9201.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
