Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to suspend booking of doctor appointments. If you need medical attention or advice please continue to phone the surgery as usual and you will be offered a telephone call back from the doctor. Please give the reception staff some details as regards your problem so that calls can be prioritised.
Please continue to order your prescription as normal by using our prescription order line 02885567677 or online via our website. You do not need to order extra supplies during the pandemic. Please order repeat prescriptions in good time and allow at least 48 hours for your prescription to be ready.
In order to reduce footfall in the surgery we would suggest that you use one of the local pharmacies to collect your prescription. Please state which one you would like your medication to be sent to. Please note, we do not fax or post prescriptions.

It is important to inform the reception staff of any change of name, address or telephone number in order to enable your health records to be kep up to date. If you leave the area it may become necessary to register with another practice - our reception staff will advise you on this matter.
Errigal Medical Centre has reserved car parking spaces for the disabled marked in the car park. Wheelchair access to the building at the front entrance and a disabled patient's WC is provided. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement
