Pharmacy collection service

If you wish to avail of the pharmacy collection service whereby the pharmacy collect your script for repeat medication from the surgery and then you collect your medication directly from the chemist please state which chemist you would like to use when ordering repeat medication only.

Practice Radius

Following consultation with HSCNI, Errigal Medical Centre has reduced their practice radius from 12 to 10 miles 'as the crow flies'.

New Patient Registration

To apply to become registered with our practice, you should bring your medical card to reception (if your card is not available, our receptionist will advise).

You will then be asked fill out a short new patient questionnaire, this will allow staff to have a ensure that we have the correct details for you. Once this has been filled out you will be asked to make an appointment for a health check within one month of registering. This health check gives us the opportunity to meet you and to learn of your past medical history as your medical records may take a few weeks to reach us from your previous practice.

Change of Personal Details

If you change your address, home telephone number, mobile telephone number etc. please notify reception staff as soon as possible so that our records are kept up to date.

You can do this by calling the surgery on 028 8556 8212 or by leaving the details with our receptionist.
